About Me
I am a social anxiety coach and hypnotherapist. As a former social anxiety sufferer, I understand how fear can cripple your ability to act. I provide the antidote to social anxiety sufferers by empowering them to use their social skills in social situations safely. I use an amalgam of different techniques to help my client overcome social anxiety like Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP), Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Hypnotherapy, Coaching, Mindfulness Meditation and Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT).
